Lisa made this baby girl's quilt using retro fabric with Little Red Riding Hood. As some of the complimentary fabric featured bows, I chose an IQ "bow" design, using dove gray Sew Fine thread on top and MagnaGlide in the bobbin.

This is Deborah's first quilt and she did a great job in putting this together. My DH Daryl created several NA themed designs to which I added a lovely "pot" from another designer. I used IQ for everything but the stitch-in-the-ditch, with Sew Fine on top and MagnaGlide in the bobbin. She was thrilled!

The ladies of the Tijeras Senior Center spent time over the past few months embroidering blocks for a quilt to be raffled for the benefit of the center. I volunteered to quilt it and provided backing, batting, and binding. You may notice the blue dots on the quilt--those are the manufacturer's marks for embroidery and suggested quilting and will come out when washed. I chose to do a more elaborate design in each block and a then a simpler one in between. A pale blue/green batik binding was chosen as it was impossible to match the white fabric in the quilt. I used Sew Fine on top and MagnaGlide in the bobbin.

Penny is getting ready for a quilt show and this was her last piece to complete. This was hand guided quilting, except for the outer border where I used a 'rose and skull' design created by my DH that was in keeping with the theme. It is something that you can see in person, but doesn't show in the photos. Thread used was Sew Fine on top and MagnaGlide in the bobbin.
